Medical, Specialty, and Cosmetic Lens Fittings

Our custom medical and specialty contact lens fittings are used to treat such conditions as irregularly shaped cornea caused by disease or degeneration, complications from corneal refractive surgery (LASIK, for instance), high myopia, severe astigmatism, and any trauma caused by injury or chemical burns.

If you experience stem cell failure or deficiency, dry eye disease, and discomfort or visual problems with regular contacts, we can help by fitting custom contact lenses that, thanks to the advances in technology, can provide a more comfortable fit.

We use hybrid contact lenses designed to provide many of the benefits of gas-permeable rigid contacts, while still being as easy to wear as soft contact lenses. Another technique at our disposal, called piggy backing, allows our patients to wear soft contact lenses under gas-permeable rigid contacts. The soft lens acts as a buffer between the rigid lens and the eye, providing you with more comfort and visual clarity.

Amplify your eye color with our large selection of colored contacts, including prescription colored contacts and plano colored contacts (non-vision correcting). Enhance your beautiful eye color or change it completely with our safe, quality lenses fitted by a trained optometrist.

Sunglasses and Blue-Light Blocking Eyewear

Our blue-light blocking eyewear options filter out the higher end of the blue light spectrum (emitted from screens and UV rays), cutting down on digital eye strain. Blue-light blocking glasses can help encourage better sleep by regulating your biorhythm and melatonin production by blocking the blue light that can cause eye strain and disrupt your sleep patterns. (You can wear them during the day, too.) They’re also easy to clean and feature an anti-glare coating. The fashion-forward frame styles available for uncoated lenses are available for sunglasses as well.

We also carry eyecare supplements from Physician Recommended Nutraceuticals, safe and effective eyelid cleansers, high-end mascaras, and lens cleaner kits.
